Company Description

The founder built a podcast media business with millions of listeners and dozens of shows. While helping these podcasts build their followings, he realized that the most effective growth strategy was to “swap” advertisements with other shows. In short, a swap is when two podcasts run their ads on each other’s shows. For example, Tim Ferriss could run an ad on Joe Rogan’s podcast while he runs one on Ferriss’s with the goal of attracting more listeners of a similar demographic.

Right now, running a swap takes a lot of manual effort, so we are building the first platform to simplify all aspects of the process. The opportunity is massive because of how quickly the podcast industry is growing, and if we succeed in facilitating swaps we will be able to build more advertising products that podcasts can use.
