About Our Client
Our client is looking for a talented and motivated QA Engineer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of their products by performing manual and automated testing throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manual Testing: Execute thorough manual testing across various applications and platforms.
- Test Strategy & Management: Leverage TestRail to create a comprehensive testing strategy, manage test cases effectively in a multi-project environment, and ensure high test coverage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to identify and address potential issues.
- Quality Advocacy: Champion a culture of quality within the team, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA engineering
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience with manual testing techniques
- Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools (bonus points foe experience managing multi-project environments)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
