The client is responsible for specifying the requirements, qualifications, and responsibilities of the talent or staff requested.
We will make reasonable efforts to find qualified candidates that meet the client’s specifications.
Gold Media Tech LLC is not responsible for the security of the client’s systems, data, or networks.
The client is solely responsible for implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures to safeguard their data and systems from unauthorized access, breaches, or attacks.
While we may provide talent with relevant technical skills, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure their own internal cybersecurity protocols are in place and enforced.
Gold Media Tech LLC will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or breaches arising from:
The client assumes full responsibility for the performance, actions, or omissions of any hired staff provided by us.
All candidates provided through our services remain contractors unless otherwise agreed upon by the client and candidate.
The client is responsible for managing and directing the work of the talent they engage through Gold Media Tech LLC.
Any issues related to the quality of work, conduct, or performance should be addressed between the client and the talent. Gold Media Tech LLC will provide reasonable assistance in resolving disputes but assumes no responsibility for day-to-day management.
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice of [Insert Number] days.
Upon termination, the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
