Job: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and maintain integrations  between Salesforce and third-party systems. This person will collaborate with key  stakeholders to manage data flow in service of a sophisticated, internal analytics  offering. 

As a Salesforce Developer, you will report to the Managing Director fulfilling  the following requirements: 

Responsibilities 

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that adhere to  client development and support standards 
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrator on architecture and deliverable  commitments 
• Design and execute test plans ensuring delivery quality 
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures (WBS) to facilitate project  management and cross-team communications 
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution  documentation aligned with business objectives 
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues by adeptly identifying and remediating  root causes 
• Collaborate with peers, application teams, and internal customers to drive  positive outcomes 

Required Experience 

• 3+ years of Salesforce application and integration experience 
• Applicable Salesforce developer certifications(s) 
• Experience with Jitterbit or similar middleware tool (e.g., API calls, bulk  processes, child operations, order of operations, FTP/SFTP, and error handling) • Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud 
• Understanding of Agile methodologies 
• Experience with project management tools 
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills 
• Strong written and verbal English skills 
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field 

Desired Experience 

• Experience in LE rollout, Visualforce, Process Builder, deduplication logic, and  installing & maintaining apps 

Additional Information 

• This is a permanent position
• Typical week is 40-45 hours, Monday – Friday 
• Country of residence National Holiday schedule 
• 15 days Paid Time Off
