Job: JavaScript Developer

Position Summary:

Our client is in search of a JavaScript Developer with specialized experience in either Five9 or Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in JavaScript and a track record of configuring IVR systems or CRM solutions to streamline operations and elevate customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions using JavaScript for either the Five9 cloud contact center or the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for developing effective integration strategies.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Maintain and improve existing integrations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to integrations.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in JavaScript development and integration techniques.
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with Typescript development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript development with a strong focus on backend integrations.
• Solid experience with either Five9 or Salesforce platform configurations.
• Proficiency in API development, RESTful web services, and middleware.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow industry best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications related to Five9 or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with both Five9 and Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (Node.js, Vue.js)
