About the Role

Our client is seeking Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineers to join their team. This role is crucial for improving and automating the operational processes of their clients in the healthcare and legal sectors. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with major RPA tools and possess strong programming skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using leading tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Perform process mining to identify and map automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand and document the business processes of clients in the healthcare and legal sectors.
• Implement and maintain RPA bots to enhance operational efficiency and reduce human errors.
• Develop and execute scripts in common programming languages for web scraping and data processing, such as JavaScript, Python, Rust, or Go.
• Ensure that RPA solutions meet quality standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with RPA tools like Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages used for web scraping or data processing (JavaScript, Python, Rust, Go, etc.).

Nice to Haves

• Expertise in the legal or healthcare domain, especially in revenue cycle automation.
• Experience with web scraping, OCR, and extraction from unstructured data sets, such as processing legal contracts to extract specific information (e.g., plaintiff, defendant, judge, etc.).
