About the Role
Our client is looking for a full-stack engineer who has a passionate desire to perform dual roles – as a Software Engineer and in Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, empathy, and ethical decision-making abilities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
- Working knowledge of Machine Learning and AI.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Python and JavaScript (including frameworks such as React, Electron, etc.).
- Manage NoSQL databases.
- Utilize AWS services to deploy and maintain solutions.
- Provide technical support to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Act with empathy and make ethical decisions in handling customer support situations.
