About the Role

Our client is looking for a Digital Analytics or Web Analytics Manager to lead their digital and web analytics efforts. This position is crucial to ensuring that business decisions are based on accurate and well-interpreted data. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Analytics 4 and other analytical tools, as well as collaborating with various teams to optimize digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Google Analytics 4, including setup, testing, and validation.
  • Manage Server-Side Google Tag Manager.
  • Implement and maintain data layers for e-commerce.
  • Work with Meta Conversions API.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to provide data-driven insights.
  • Participate in client meetings to present results and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in Google Analytics 4 setup, testing, and validation.
  • Experience with Server-Side Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficient in Javascript.
  • Experience with data layer implementations for e-commerce.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or web analytics.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing digital analytics tools.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with Data Warehouses (Google BigQuery or Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling and Reverse ETL (Hightouch, Census, etc.).
  • Experience with Chrome extension tracking.
  • Experience in paid digital marketing or e-commerce.
