About the Role
Our client is looking for a Digital Analytics or Web Analytics Manager to lead their digital and web analytics efforts. This position is crucial to ensuring that business decisions are based on accurate and well-interpreted data. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Analytics 4 and other analytical tools, as well as collaborating with various teams to optimize digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Google Analytics 4, including setup, testing, and validation.
- Manage Server-Side Google Tag Manager.
- Implement and maintain data layers for e-commerce.
- Work with Meta Conversions API.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to provide data-driven insights.
- Participate in client meetings to present results and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in Google Analytics 4 setup, testing, and validation.
- Experience with Server-Side Google Tag Manager.
- Proficient in Javascript.
- Experience with data layer implementations for e-commerce.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or web analytics.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in implementing and managing digital analytics tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing platforms.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Data Warehouses (Google BigQuery or Snowflake).
- Knowledge of Data Modeling and Reverse ETL (Hightouch, Census, etc.).
- Experience with Chrome extension tracking.
- Experience in paid digital marketing or e-commerce.
