Job: Technical Integration Specialist (Growth & Attribution)

About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a Technical Integration Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring our backend systems are flawlessly integrated with essential marketing attribution and automation tools (Singular, Firebase, and Braze). You’ll support our client’s Growth and CRM teams by ensuring technical excellence, accurate data attribution, and seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Management:
  Ensure all critical backend events are effectively integrated with attribution and automation tools (Singular, Firebase, Braze).
• Data Quality Assurance:
  Validate that product events are consistently structured with correct parameters and reliably transmitted across platforms.
• Singular Optimization:
  Set up, monitor, and maintain Singular postbacks to ensure accurate tracking for acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
• Firebase Implementation:
  Guarantee Firebase receives the necessary events to build accurate audience segments, trigger notifications, and support paid marketing campaigns.
• Braze Technical Integration:
  Ensure Braze is fully integrated at the technical level, with error-free tracking of events, user attributes, segments, and communication channels.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging:
  Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve any issues related to tracking, event management, SDKs, APIs, and inter-platform communication.
• Documentation:
  Maintain thorough and clear documentation of all integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting solutions to enable the Growth and CRM teams to execute efficiently without technical blockers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience integrating backend systems with marketing and attribution platforms (Singular, Firebase, Braze).
• Strong technical skills related to APIs, SDKs, and event-tracking systems.
• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, ensuring clarity and ease of use by non-technical teams.
