What Will You Do in This Role?
As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring every user feels supported and motivated from the very first interaction. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Guide users through the product activation process: Provide direct, fast, and efficient support, ensuring users have a memorable experience from the very beginning.
- Design user-centered experiences: Develop strategies that strengthen relationships with our customers, addressing their needs and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team: Work on process optimization by proposing improvements based on analysis and innovative ideas that drive user activation.

Academic and Technical Requirements
- No prior experience is required, but the following are desirable:

- Personal or academic initiatives that demonstrate leadership, creativity, or project management.
- Ongoing or completed studies in fields such as Marketing, Communication, Administration, Psychology, or related areas (desirable but not mandatory).
Tools and Knowledge (Non-Mandatory but Preferred):
- Familiarity with digital tools for CRM, data analysis, or user management.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or user experience (UX).
