About Our client

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join their dynamic sales team as a BDR/SDR (Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative)! In this exciting entry-level role, you’ll play a crucial role in driving lead generation and setting the stage for their sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various channels like outbound calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Communication & Outreach: Craft compelling cold emails and engage prospects with informative conversations, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for sales meetings with Account Executives.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM (HubSpot) and ensure data integrity for effective lead nurturing.
  • Research & Analysis: Actively research target markets and identify sales opportunities to support effective prospecting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Work Ethic: Demonstrated history of exceeding expectations and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Rockstar: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with potential customers and clearly articulate our client’s offerings.
  • Outbound Savvy: Prior experience with outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and appointment setting.
  • Learning Agility: Eager to learn the sales process, industry knowledge, and our client products.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HubSpot and CRM software a plus.
  • Positive Attitude: Energetic, upbeat, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
