Our client is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate for this role will be the primary point of contact for clients, analyzing their needs and providing prompt responses to inquiries. Therefore, strong communication and teamwork skills, along with proactivity, analytical ability, and planning, will be the key qualities to highlight.
Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various contact channels.
- Provide assistance and advice on products and services.
- Collaborate with the Lending team on various tasks and projects that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience – Preferred.
- Be a university student or graduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using social media response platforms – Preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a team, strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
