Job Objective
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Lead Prospecting and Generation Specialist with strong research and outreach skills. Your main mission will be to identify, contact, and schedule meetings with potential clients using specialized tools while ensuring effective communication to generate business opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Research and select business prospects through specialized platforms like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Analyze and filter information to identify key contacts within strategic sectors.
- Manage prospecting and outreach efforts via LinkedIn and other communication channels.
- Craft personalized messages to capture prospects’ attention and schedule business meetings.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions in the company’s CRM.
- Coordinate meetings between the sales team and prospects, ensuring efficient scheduling and time optimization.
- Work under an incentive model with commissions based on scheduled meetings and closed deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead prospecting and generation.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Apollo or similar prospecting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM systems for data management and activity reporting.
- Understanding of B2B communication strategies.
