Job description

Our client looking for an experienced Product Designer who will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new features and products for recruiters, managers and candidates.
• Advocate for our users, conducting user research, and creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on your findings.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on ideating and designing solutions that introduce new user experiences that meet the product requirements.
• Collaborate with other product designers, contribute to advancing the design system, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all our platforms and services.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the highest quality implementation of your designs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in both UX and UI design
• A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or related field
• Proven experience in collaborating with product managers
• High standards for design and attention to detail
• Demonstrable proficiency with Figma, creating prototypes and managing design components that serve other designers
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English
• An online portfolio that demonstrates a range of work, a creative process, and your deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
