What You’ll Do:

As an SDR at Gold Media Tech, your mission is to drive top-of-funnel activity and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for founders, CTOs, and heads of engineering who are actively hiring or open to exploring staff augmentation partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Write and send personalized outreach messages to startup founders and decision-makers
  • Manage HubSpot sequences and keep CRM clean and up to date
  • Set up discovery calls for our founder or sales lead
  • Research target companies and tailor outreach accordingly
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting
  • Stay informed about trends in tech hiring, outsourcing, and startups

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (bonus if in tech or staffing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar CRMs), and sales automation tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and hungry to learn
  • LATAM-based preferred but open to exceptional global talent

Nice to Have:

  • Background in tech, recruiting, or working with U.S.-based clients
  • Experience targeting founders or CTOs
  • Interest in startups and the venture-backed ecosystem
