Job Description:

The Senior DevOps Engineer at Gold Media Tech will be responsible for designing and implementing robust cloud architecture solutions, automating processes, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices, and will be instrumental in advancing our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure cloud architecture solutions across AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms.
Process Automation: Develop and execute automation solutions for cloud infrastructure and service integration to streamline operations.
DevOps & CI/CD: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Kubernetes & Docker: Develop custom Docker images and manage Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS) to support scalable applications.
Security: Integrate DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring security at every stage of the CI/CD process.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible to manage and automate infrastructure deployment.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Monitoring & Logging: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes.
Automation Tools: Proficiency with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Security: In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools for secure CI/CD pipelines.
Containerization: Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, or equivalent certifications.
Experience with Microservices: Familiarity with microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
Database Management: Experience with database automation and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
