About the Role:

Our client looking for a remote, full-time Senior Integration Lead / Solution Architect with over 5 years of experience designing and implementing integration solutions. This role will leverage expertise with integration tools such as Fivetran, Tray.io, and/or Talend to build robust and scalable interfaces that meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will work closely with the engineering team and clients, understanding their requirements, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful integrations.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Proficiency with integration platforms such as Fivetran, Tray.io, or Talend.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, JSON, and data integration methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Fivetran, Tray.io, and/or Talend (one tool to be chosen) and other tools to build and deploy integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with the development and services teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to guarantee data accuracy and integration reliability.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with customers, gathering and analyzing integration requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the integration process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality integration solutions and promptly addressing issues.
• Lead integration projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, solutions, and best practices.
• Provide training and support to customers and internal teams on the use of integration tools and methodologies.
• Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS), ensuring alignment between customer expectations and current or future capabilities, as well as strategic plans.
• Be a continuous source of innovation, facilitating speed-to-market and competitive advantage.
• Build effective partnerships with customers, consultants, and the product/development team to ensure customer success.
