About the role

The Solutions Engineer is a pivotal technical role that bridges complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. Acting as the technical counterpart to the sales team, Solutions Engineers possess deep technical knowledge of their products and exceptional communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Their clients are responsible for identifying client needs, designing systems or services to meet those requirements, and presenting these solutions convincingly. With one foot in the technical world and the other in business, Solutions Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes by delivering tailored, valuable solutions to unique client challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and explain tailored solutions for clients based on their clients specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and create custom technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of their client’s solutions.
  • Liaise with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence product development.
  • Assist clients with the technical aspects of planning and implementation.
  • Create detailed documentation and technical materials to streamline implementation with clients.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, examples, and product integration demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python programming (2+ years of experience).
  • Solid understanding of APIs (FastAPI, Postman).
  • Familiarity with data analysis methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions in a customer-facing environment.
