Job: Technical Project Manager – Developer Relations

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Developer Relations Manager. The ideal candidate will be self-starting, autonomous, creative, and execution-focused, with the ability to align internal and external stakeholders and drive developer adoption. Our client is a developer tool that allows devs to create their custom GPT environment in less than 10 minutes. 

KPIs:

1. Number of live partner demo nodes in the market
2. Team is closing tickets in appropriate cadence

Responsibilities:

• Scale and manage Gaia dev outreach team for potential pilots and vendor onboarding
• Oversee open-source call management and communications in collaboration with Head of Developers and OSS Engineering team
• Set, track and communicate OKRs, KPIs for Developer Community initiatives (e.g. Ambassador program, Dev Events) 
• Report developer contractor budget to finance
• Collaborate with the event marketing manager to ensure successful event planning and execution for developer ecosystem
• Maintain and update the GAANT chart and roadmap for developer relations and developer community activities
• Lead team calls and provide updates from dev rel and dev community to Marketing and leadership
• Ensure team accountability and alignment with dev rel strategies via internal stakeholder management

Technical Skills:

• Experience with GAANT and technical project management
